Dr.Rajesh Palayil  is a renowned educationist, having made significant contributions been involved across domains within the Education sector- Universities, College and K12 Schools in India. He’s been a Professor, Director, teaching strategic marketing and advertising, and has spent time in admissions and students training & mentoring. He is experienced in managing campus operations, P&L, Faculty, Academic and affiliations.

He is a PhD holder in Experiential Education from the University of Mysore, and has vast experience in setting up Institutions, Colleges and Schools. He has developed robust systems, practices and policies for Institutional Excellence to enable growth of institutions and all Stakeholders happiness. He has held a variety of leadership position in diversified industry verticals in 25 years, having been associated with organizations–like The Indian Express, Business Standard, Manipal University, Educomp, Delhi and as COO of Pearl Academy, Professor/Director at Koshys Group and Business Head at Deeksha STEM Schools.

Dr.Sampath Vittal is a Doctorate in Education Counselling and has worked as the Editor for ‘Edu choice magazine , which is a directory of education institutions for Karnataka. He has served for 3 decades for organizations like IIMB, ISRO ISAC, Central Silk Board in various roles.
He is involved in Students counselling for higher studies. His INS accredited Advertising agency Sri Sainath Enterprises is handling many Education Institutions for the last 4 decades, and is a trusted name in Karnataka among the Institutions for their promotional goings-on.
