Dr.Rajesh Palayil is a renowned educationist, having made significant contributions and involved in Education sector- Universities, College and K12 Schools in India. He is involved as Director, Professor teaching strategic marketing and advertising, and has spent time in admissions, students training & mentoring. He is experienced in managing the University and School campus operations, P&L, Faculty, Academic and affiliations.
He is a PhD holder in Experiential Education from the University of Mysore, and has vast experience in setting up Institutions, Colleges and Schools. He has developed robust systems, pedagogies, practices and policies for Institutional Excellence to enable growth of institutions and Stakeholder happiness. He has held a variety of leadership position in diversified industry verticals in 25 years, having been associated with organizations–like The Indian Express, Business Standard, Manipal University, Educomp, Delhi and as COO of Pearl Academy, Professor/Director at Koshys Group and credited to set up Deeksha STEM Schools.
Mr. P.K Rakesh Bhaskar

Mr. P.K Rakesh Bhaskar has more than 2 decades of administrative experience in Higher Education. He has served in various capacities with leading institutions including Manipal University-Bangalore, JK Lakshmipat University-Jaipur, Presidency University-Bangalore and WeSchool-Mumbai.
He is one of the most sought-after education counsellor and his experience is varied in the streams of Medical & Health Care, Allied Health, Engineering, Management, Hospitality and Technology. Currently he serves as a strategic and advisory role to leading institutions in India and abroad.
